Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) certification is granted to businesses that:
(1) Is 51% or more Aboriginal and / or Torres Strait Islander owned; (2) located in Australia;
(3) the business is either a sole trading business / partnership / incorporated entity or trading through a trust.
